Standard delivery under £150 – max £15 (5-10 days)
If postage costs less then £15 we will refund the difference, if it’s over £15 we’ll cover it.

International Import Taxes and Local Duties
Cocoon Child cannot accept responsibility for any charges incurred through tax and duties on international orders outside of the EU – any additional import charges are the responsibility of the buyer and Cocoon Child is not liable for any export costs.
We aim to please with every order and hope that you delighted with your purchase but if for any reason you need to return your purchase we will happily refund or exchange non-sale items as long as they are in a new and unworn condition, with garment tags attached and in the original packaging within 14 days of purchase. We are unable to refund any purchases which have been worn or damaged in any way and we are not responsible for any items that are damaged or lost during their return.
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before returning any items with details of your order number and reason for return so that we can give you a Returns Authorisation Code which needs to be included in your returns form (see below to download the form) .
For your security we recommend you send the returns by registered post. Return shipping costs and safe delivery back to us are the responsibility of the buyer and shipping costs cannot be refunded. Once we have checked the item we will refund the product costs (minus any shipping costs if delivered for free) and email you notification that the refund has been completed.
