Dear Sophie ‘Woods Gang’ launch for A/W18

Dear Sophie’s range of bold, playful prints really caught our eye with their SS18 Oceano collection and when we showed our children the ‘can I have that one’, ‘can I have that one’ reaction was all we needed as confirmation that we had to sign up to their Autumn Winter collection. Little did they also know that the children’s clothing brand is built on a strong ethos of kindness as well as cuteness.

The Dear Sophie collection is designed by a team of graphic and fashion designers who are also parents. They understand that children like nothing more then being comfortable and parents like nothing more then seeing them play happily and comfortably…but if they look cute too that’s a done deal on both sides. The childrenswear designers live in Poland and produce all of their kids clothing collection there, using local sewing factories that adhere to ethical working practices and great attention to detail. And not only do they care about the production but the materials that go into it. All of the cottons that are used in the Dear Sophie kidswear collection are GOTS certified, made without pesticides and chemicals. Their zippers are nickel free and lined so that they don’t irritate children’s skin AND their prints are put on using digital printing techniques free from harmful chemicals.

The collection sees a collection of super cute (without being too cutesy) woodland friends, printed across hoodies, leggings and onesies. Our collection includes Pink Bunnies, Navy Bunnies, Black Sheep and Christmas Deers as seen below.

Dear Sophie UK stockist Cocoon Child

Our sizes start at 18 months and go up to 6 years and prices start at just £20 for children’s leggings going up to £41 for the onesie suits. The high quality of the cottons ensures that this lovely collection will last. And the classic prints mean that all the pieces are perfectly unisex and will never go out of style so whether they can wear it until they can no longer squeeze into it or if you have siblings/friends/family to hand down to these are pieces that will last. Now we just need to decide how many we can justify buying ourselves! Any questions on any of the pieces please just email us [email protected] and we will be happy to help.
